Ordering

What size should I buy?

We are aware that Every Woman is unique and our main goal is to create a swimsuit to make each body shine in its own way. If you are not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. For any additional questions contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to file your return that will be issued directly to the payment method.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the Returns & Exchanges policy?
  • Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
  • All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. WAYRA Beachwear may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available.
  •   All tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused, unworn and unaltered.
  • You have up to 30 days after delivery to inform us about your return. 
  • If the product you received has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one, except for the cases described below:
  • Torn or damaged products caused by cutting or removing labels will not be accepted for return or exchange because it is considered an improper use and care.
  • The colors of the products, the pins and plates can fade with use. Color fading due to use is not guaranteed.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we may refuse an exchange or return if your merchandise is found to be used, dirty, stained, or damaged.
  • If a returned item is not in a good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a $13 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather refuse and not receive back the item to not incur in this extra fee.

Final Sale Items:

​"Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. "Final Sale" items are any items designated by a final sale tag, or any items purchased during special sales events.

To file for return follow these steps:

  • Send us an email to: wayrabeachwear@gmail.com within (30) days from product delivery including the following information:
  • Full name
  • Order number.

Wayra Swimsuits are delicate for their embroidery and decorative stones. Please wear any piece nicely taking care of each detail.
